When we meet for couples counseling, I use a form of couples therapy called Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
EFT is a highly effective form of couples counseling. It helps us identify what we are going through within the context of a negative relationship cycle, which all relationships have.
When the negative cycle takes over, we both suffer - it’s so hard. But EFT can help us recognize that cycle as well as be guided to relate to each other in new ways that help us heal that cycle.
